(Canada or Europe perhaps) I don't give a damn if govermant is big or small as long as everyone has a free health care, but that cannot happen here. If it did, medical incurance CEO's would make $200,000 a year instead of whooping $11 million as they do now, and really what can you do with measely $200,000 a year. Can't even buy decent yacht.
